Started watching Season 17 of Heartland and very disappointed. It has always been a wonderful TV series but it has gone woke. The chemistry with Amy and her new flame is none existent. Lou losing her mayorship to a skinny, non cowboy type is disappointing. Seems like the acting skills have decreased in the characters. Hope the episodes get better in season 17.
I think it’s time to bring it to a close. Amber Marshall has her store, I think she is a very special person. But it seems like she is losing interest in the series and it doesn’t have the same spark as it did. Her new love interest is a poor choice of character, he is full of himself. He is just a kid that thinks he is smarter than Jack and Tim. I don’t care for the direction the show is going. That is just my opinion.
Amy is doing a fantastic job, and is just as good as always, your criticisms are unwarranted. Every character in Heartland is excellent in the portrayal of the characters they play, including Amy.
